Free Party Solidarity: Legal Funds, Fundraisers, and Support for Collectives
Free party culture is going through one of the hardest periods in its history. Between gear seizures, legal fees, endless proceedings and constant pressure, many collectives find themselves alone facing enormous costs.
Behind every wall of sound there are people who give everything: time, money, energy and often their own equipment, to keep alive a movement that is free, independent and non-profit. A movement that made us dance, vibrate, travel, and that shaped a whole generation.
Today, it's our turn to support them.
This page gathers the fundraisers, legal funds, associations and resources to help sound systems, those facing charges, collectives in difficulty and everyone fighting to keep this culture alive.
Taking action after RIPOST's adoption
The RIPOST law was promulgated on 18 August 2026. Its new provisions on festive musical gatherings have been in force since 20 August 2026. Preventing an upcoming vote is therefore no longer the issue.
Today, supporting collectives also means sharing up-to-date information and legal resources, and supporting associations working on the ground.

Petition no. 5428: a separate bill
The petition remains open on the French National Assembly's website. It calls for the withdrawal of bill no. 1133 on rave parties, a separate text from RIPOST. Signing expresses support for that demand, but does not repeal the RIPOST law already promulgated.
