Every piece is printed in our workshop in Istres once you place your order.


Production time: 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).


Once it ships, you'll automatically get an email with your tracking number.


Delivery times:


Mondial Relay pickup point

France: 4 to 6 working days

Europe: 5 to 8 working days


DPD home delivery

France: 48 to 72 hours

Europe and international: 3 to 5 working days


Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to make a return.

To pick the right size, we recommend checking our size guide available on every product page. Measure your height, chest and waist, then compare them with our size chart to find the fit that suits you best.

Important:

If your order has already shipped, no stress: you can send the items back to us once you receive them, and we'll take care of the rest.

Return policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to request an exchange or a refund.

Once that window has passed, we unfortunately can't accept your return.

For international orders received after this deadline, an extra 10 days are granted from the delivery date.

Return conditions

The item must be:

– unworn, unwashed, with no smell or pet hair

– in the same condition as you received it

– in its original packaging with its tags

You can of course try it on to check the size and fit.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Once your order ships, you get a confirmation email with a tracking link.

That link lets you follow your parcel in real time, straight from our site or the carrier's.

Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see anything in your inbox. Automated emails sometimes slip in there by mistake.

Nothing at all, even in spam? There may have been a typo in your email address when you ordered.

In that case, write to us through our contact form with the correct address, and we'll fix it.
