ANY QUESTIONS?
Sizing, delivery, returns… Find your answers here.
What are the delivery times?
Every garment is printed in our workshop in Istres after you place your order.
Production time: 5 to 7 working days(Monday to Friday).
Once shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery times:
Pickup point
France: 4 to 6 working days
Europe: 5 to 8 working days
Home delivery
France: 48 to 72 hours
Europe and international: 3 to 5 working days
Returns:
You have 14 days after delivery to make a return.
How do returns work for a gift card?
This gift card is digital: there is no parcel to send back, and the parcel return portal does not apply. If you have a question about the card, email commandes@etilik-wear.com with your order number.
If you want to return an item bought with the card, the procedure depends on where you send the parcel from: from France, use our return portal; from outside France, send it back at your expense with a tracked service. See our full return policy: https://www.etilik-wear.com/en/policies/refund-policy
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Want to change or cancel your order?
Write to us as soon as possible here, telling us what you'd like to change:
Important:
If your order has already shipped, no stress: you can send the items back to us once you receive them, and we'll take care of the rest.
How do I choose the right size?
To pick the right size, check out the size guide on every product page. Measure your height, your chest and your waist, then compare them with our size chart to find the fit that suits you best.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you get a confirmation email with a tracking link.
This link lets you follow your parcel in real time, directly on our site or on the carrier's.
Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see anything in your inbox. Automatic emails sometimes slip in there by mistake.
Got nothing, even in spam? There might have been a typo in your email address when you ordered.
In that case, write to us through our contact form with the correct address, and we'll get it fixed.
Do I have to pay customs fees if I order from outside the EU?
Ordering from outside the EU? Customs duties or import taxes may apply. To avoid any nasty surprises, check your country's import rules before you order.
