Founded in 2010, Etilik wear was born in Miramas (13) with the desire to create quality clothing that reflects the energy and spirit of our culture, unique designs handmade by artists from around the world

Our project comes from the underground scene, the world of tattoos, and all forms of expression that stray a bit from what is socially established, trying to stay true to principles based on respect and freedom

We want to grow and offer you even more products of the highest quality without falling into fast fashion like some major clothing brands.

Every piece is printed in our workshop in Istres once you place your order.

Production time: 5 to 7 business days(Monday to Friday).

Once it ships, you'll automatically get an email with your tracking number.

Returns:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.

From France

Use our return portal: https://etilikwear.shipping-portal.com/rp/

Select the items to return, pay the €6.90 return fee and print your label. For an exchange, select your new size in the portal.

From outside France

Send the parcel back yourself using a tracked service of your choice. Return postage is at your expense.

If you are sending the parcel from outside the European Union, mark “returned goods” on the CN23 customs form.

Then email commandes@etilik-wear.com with your order number and, for an exchange, the size you would like. Keep your tracking number.

Once the parcel reaches our workshop, we will arrange the exchange or refund. For an exchange, allow 5 to 7 business days for production, then 2 to 6 days for delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odours and pet hair, in its original condition and packaging, with its tags.

Important:

We can change or cancel your order only before your garment has been printed, usually within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.

After that, it has already been made. You can return it within 14 days of receiving it; return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To pick the right size, we recommend checking our size guide available on every product page. Measure your height, chest and waist, then compare them with our size chart to find the fit that suits you best.

Once your order ships, you get a confirmation email with a tracking link.

That link lets you follow your parcel in real time, straight from our site or the carrier's.

Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see anything in your inbox. Automated emails sometimes slip in there by mistake.

Nothing at all, even in spam? There may have been a typo in your email address when you ordered.

In that case, write to us through our contact form with the correct address, and we'll fix it.
