Every piece is printed in our workshop in Istres once you place your order.
Production time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once it ships, you'll automatically get an email with your tracking number.

Mondial Relay pickup point
France: 4 to 6 business days
Europe: 5 to 8 business days
DPD home delivery
France: 48 to 72 hours
Europe and international: 3 to 5 business days
Returns:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.
Return policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to request an exchange or a refund. For international orders that arrive late, we allow a 10-day tolerance from the delivery date.
Return conditions
The item must be:
– unworn, unwashed, free of any smell or pet hair
– in the same condition as you received it
– in its original packaging with its tags
You can of course try it on to check the size and the fit.
How to make your return?
If you're in France or in the European Union:

You can generate your label in a few clicks and pay for it directly (the rate depends on your country). No more PDF to print or post office to track down 🏴☠️
If you're in Switzerland 🇨🇭 or the United Kingdom 🇬🇧:
The portal doesn't cover these countries. Send your parcel back at your own cost to the following address, making sure to tick "return of goods" on the CN23 form (otherwise it will be rejected for customs fees):

Important:
If your order has already shipped, no stress: you can send the items back to us once they arrive, and we'll take care of the rest.
To pick the right size, we recommend checking our size guide available on every product page. Measure your height, chest and waist, then compare them with our size chart to find the fit that suits you best.
Once your order ships, you get a confirmation email with a tracking link.
That link lets you follow your parcel in real time, straight from our site or the carrier's.
Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see anything in your inbox. Automated emails sometimes slip in there by mistake.
Nothing at all, even in spam? There may have been a typo in your email address when you ordered.
In that case, write to us through our contact form with the correct address, and we'll fix it.
Ordering from outside the EU? Customs duties or import taxes may apply. To avoid any nasty surprises, remember to check your country's import rules before you order.
