Shipping policy – Etilik Wear
Preparation times
We make to order, straight from our own workshop. That means we only print a garment once you place your order, which avoids pointless stock and reduces our environmental impact.
During the holiday season our workshop runs at full speed, which slightly extends production times.
Allow 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for your item to be printed and ready to ship.
Once that step is done, your order is shipped and you'll receive a tracking number. Remember to check your inbox and your spam folder.
If you chose pick-up point delivery , allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery in France, and 5 to 8 business days for delivery in Europe.
If you chose home delivery , allow 48 to 72 hours for delivery in France, and around 3 to 5 days for delivery in Europe or internationally.
If the product, size or colour doesn't suit you, you'll have 14 days to send it back to us.
Thanks for your patience.
Shipping and tracking
Once your order is ready, it is handed over to the carrier for your selected delivery method.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.
Once the carrier has your parcel, delivery times are generally as follows:
France — pick-up point: 4 to 6 business days
France — home delivery: 48 to 72 business hours
Europe and international: 3 to 8 business days, depending on the selected method
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.
Peak periods
During busy periods (sales, end-of-year holidays, etc.), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
In any case, we do our utmost to keep you informed in real time.
Delivery information
Please double-check that your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to a wrong address or non-collection, the reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
Delivery outside the European Union
For international shipments outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply when the parcel arrives, depending on the laws in force in the destination country.
Any such charges remain at the customer's expense.
