Mix and Match
Each garment is printed to order in our workshop. This step usually takes between 5 and 7 business days (Monday to Friday), except in exceptional cases requiring after-sales service or contact.
Once this step is completed, your order is shipped: you will then receive a tracking number. Remember to check your email inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
As soon as the status changes to “Taken care of by Colissimo”, count:
- 48 to 72 hours for delivery in France (home or relay point),
- 2 to 4 days for delivery in Europe or internationally.
During periods of high demand (Sales, Christmas…), delivery times may be a bit longer. But don't worry: we will always keep you informed.

To choose the right size, we recommend consulting our size guide available on each product page. Measure your waist, chest circumference, and waist circumference, then compare them with our size chart to find the fit that suits you best.

If your order has already been shipped, no worries: you can send the items back to us once received, and we'll take care of the rest.
Return policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request an exchange or a refund.
If this deadline is exceeded, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return.
For international orders received after this deadline, an additional tolerance of 10 days is granted from the delivery date.
Return conditions
The article must be:
– unworn, unwashed, without odor or animal hair
– in the same condition as you received it
– in its original packaging with its labels
You can of course try it to check the size and comfort.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
This link allows you to track the delivery of your package in real time, directly on our website or on the carrier's site.
Remember to check your spam or junk mail if you don't see anything in your inbox. Automated emails sometimes end up there by mistake.
You haven't received anything, not even in the spam folder? It's possible that there was an error in your email address during the order.
In this case, write to us via our contact form with the correct address, and we will take care of correcting it.
Are you ordering from a country outside the EU? Customs fees or import taxes may apply. To avoid unpleasant surprises, be sure to check your country's import regulations before ordering.
