Right to be Forgotten

Use this option if you want to remove your personal and other data from our store. Keep in mind that this process will delete your account, so you will no longer be able to access or use it anymore.

Each garment is printed to order in our workshop. This step usually takes between 5 and 7 business days (Monday to Friday), except in exceptional cases requiring customer service or contact.

Once this step is completed, your order is shipped: you will then receive a tracking number. Remember to check your email inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

As soon as the status changes to “Handled by Colissimo”, count on:

  • 48 to 72 hours for delivery in France (home or pickup point),
  • 2 to 4 days for delivery in Europe or internationally.

During high demand periods (Sales, Christmas…), delivery times may be a bit longer. But don’t worry: we will always keep you informed.

Important:

If your order has already been shipped, no worries: you can return the items to us once received, and we will take care of the rest.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request an exchange or a refund.

If this period is exceeded, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return.

For international orders received after this period, a tolerance of an additional 10 days is granted from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

The item must be:

– unworn, unwashed, without odor or pet hair

– in the same condition as you received it

– in its original packaging with its tags

You can of course try it on to check the size and comfort.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

This link allows you to track the progress of your package in real time, directly on our website or on the carrier's site.

Remember to check your spam or junk mail folders if you don't see anything in your inbox. Automated emails sometimes end up there by mistake.

Haven't received anything, not even in spam? There may have been an error in your email address when placing the order.
