Everything is made in our own workshop in Istres. We only print a piece once you place your order, which avoids pointless stock and cuts down our environmental impact.

During the holidays our workshop runs flat out, which slightly stretches production times.

Count on 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for your item to be printed and ready to ship.

Once that's done, your order ships and you'll get a tracking number. Remember to check your inbox and your spam folder.

If you chose a Mondial Relay pickup point, expect 4 to 6 business days for delivery in France, and 5 to 8 business days for delivery in Europe.

If you chose DPD home delivery, expect 48 to 72 hours for delivery in France, and around 3 to 5 days for delivery in Europe or internationally.

Return policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to request an exchange or a refund.

If this deadline has passed, we unfortunately can't accept your return.

For international orders received after this deadline, an extra 10-day tolerance applies from the delivery date.

Return conditions

The item must be:

– unworn, unwashed, free of odours and pet hair

– in the same condition as you received it

– in its original packaging with its tags

You can of course try it on to check the size and fit.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Just drop your parcel off at your local post office and send it back to us with the postage of your choice. Remember to keep the proof of drop-off and the tracking number, so you can follow your return and contact us if anything goes wrong.

If your order has already shipped, no stress: you can send the items back to us once you receive them, and we'll take care of the rest.

To pick the right size, we recommend checking our size guide available on each product page. Measure your height, your chest and your waist, then compare them with our size chart to find the fit that suits you best.

Once your order ships, you get a confirmation email with a tracking link.

This link lets you follow your parcel in real time, directly on our site or on the carrier's.

Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see anything in your inbox. Automatic emails sometimes slip in there by mistake.

Got nothing, even in spam? There might have been a typo in your email address when you ordered.

In that case, write to us through our contact form with the correct address, and we'll get it fixed.
