Each garment is printed on demand in our workshop in Istres, after your order is placed.

Production time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

You have 14 days after receipt to make a return.

Return policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request an exchange or refund.

If this deadline is exceeded, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return.

For international orders received after this deadline, an additional 10-day grace period is granted from the delivery date.

Return conditions

The item must be:

– unworn, unwashed, without odor or pet hair

– in the same condition as you received it

– in its original packaging with its tags

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Simply drop your package off at your local Post Office and send it back to us with the postage of your choice. Be sure to keep the proof of deposit and the tracking number, as this will allow you to track your return and contact us if there is any issue.
