We produce on demand, directly in our workshop. This means that we only print a garment when you place an order, which avoids unnecessary stock and reduces our environmental impact.

During the holiday season, our workshop operates at full capacity, which slightly extends production times.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for your item to be printed and ready to be shipped.

Once this step is complete, your order will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number. Be sure to check your email and spam folder.

If you chose delivery to a Pickup Point with Mondial Relay, please allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery within France, and 5 to 8 business days for delivery within Europe.

If you chose home delivery with DPD, please allow 48 to 72 hours for delivery within France, and about 3 to 5 days for delivery within Europe or internationally.

Return policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request an exchange or a refund.

If this deadline is exceeded, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return.

For international orders received after this period, an additional 10-day grace period is granted from the delivery date.

Return conditions

The item must be:

– unworn, unwashed, without any odor or pet hair

– in the same condition as you received it

– in its original packaging with its tags

Of course, you can try it on to check the size and comfort.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Simply drop your package off at your local Post Office and send it back to us with the postage of your choice. Be sure to keep the proof of deposit and the tracking number, as this will allow you to track your return and contact us if there is any issue.
